The Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales & Marketing desk. You will manage end-to-end search assignments, build strong client partnerships, and proactively identify top-tier Sales & Marketing talent through targeted search strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct specialist search assignments: headhunting, referrals, and market mapping.
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and developing long-term partnerships
- Build and maintain client relationships within the Sales & Marketing sector.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
- Provide market insights and intelligence to clients and candidates.
- Consistently deliver against performance targets.
Candidate Profile
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally in Sales & Marketing or specialist/executive search.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
- Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques.
